We are watching an area of potential development in the southwestern Caribbean Sea. The National Hurricane Center is giving this area a low 20% chance for possible formation in the next 5 days. This is no threat to the Carolinas.
Regardless of development, this will likely be a big rainmaker across Central America. Hurricane season runs until November 30th. Be sure to have a hurricane preparedness plan in place!
