CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say a local man wanted by law enforcement has been arrested in Florida. CMPD officers were looking for Kenneth Massey since Halloween. Β
He is accused of cutting off his electronic monitoring device in south Charlotte. Β Police say he was ordered to wear the monitoring device as part of his pre-trial release for his involvement in a shooting. Β
Police haven’t said when Massey will be extradited to Charlotte.
