Serial Flasher Arrested

CHARLOTTE, NC — A serial flasher is locked up again in Gastonia.  

Dea Williams is accused of showing his private parts to a woman at a shopping center on Myrtle School Road Wednesday.

This is the sixth time police have arrested Williams in two years.
