LENOIR, N.C. — Bobby Sparks was arrested Tuesday and faces murder charges for the death of Sammy Sturgill.
The Lenoir Police Department received a call that someone was killed at 1609 Bradford St. just before 1 a.m. Tuesday.
Officers arrived to find Sparks and Sturgill. Caldwell County EMS pronounced Sturgill dead at the scene.
