Edge on the Clock: New Secret Service Alcohol Rules

The secret service has issued new guidelines on drinking and using government-issued vehicles.  According to a memo issued earlier this week, secret service employees cannot drive government cars within 10 hours of drinking an alcoholic beverage.  Think that will solve the problem?
