The Supreme Court has handed down a major ruling on cell phone security: deciding that police are not allowed to check your phone without a warrant.
In the decision, Justice Roberts wrote that cell phones deserve even more protection than someone’s home, due to the amount of content, like pictures and texts, it can hold.
And that made us wonder: if police searched your cell phone right now, how incriminating would your last text be?
