Β CHICAGO, IL — Police have released a new mug shot of Angelo Grayson Smith, Jr. Β The Charlotte man will face a judge in Chicago Saturday. Β He’s the boyfriend of missing teacher Bianca Tanner. Β US Marshals picked him up Thursday just outside Chicago.
CMPD issued a warrant for Smith’s arrest on Monday for one charge of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Β He has a bond hearing Saturday, where he will also either waive or fight extradition.
Smith reported Tanner missing on June 8. Β He’s the last person to see her alive. Β CMPD is calling the case a homicide, but have not named Smith a suspect.
