Man Wanted In York County For Shooting

YORK COUNTY, S.C. — A man is wanted in York County following a shooting that happened at a home in the Mill Creek Falls Subdivision on Eskridge Terrace in Clover.

Deputies say Melvin Cagle is wanted in connection to the shooting.  He is described as a 56-year-old white male, 5 foot 8 inches tall, 140lbs, and possibly driving a 90’s model single cab white Chevrolet truck.  Anyone with information on Cagle’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.

Cagle is accused of shooting a relative in the leg.  No other details about the shooting have been released.  This is a developing story.  Check back for updates.
