Walmart Launches Anti-Shoplifting Campaign In Partnership With Salisbury Police

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Walmart, in partnership with the Salisbury Police Department, is publicly identifying shoplifters in their new three-month-long anti-shoplifting campaign.

Walmart officials say they hope to reduce theft by identifying these individuals, who have been criminally charged with shoplifting related violations in North Carolina.

The individuals pictured above were identified by Walmart Loss Prevention, during the month of June, after they each attempted to shoplift items from Walmart.

Officials say the individuals arrested received a bond that ranged from a written promise to a small cash bond.

The Salisbury Police Department thanks Walmart for addressing the ongoing shoplifting issue, which they say is time consuming for both parties.
