AM Headlines:

  • Sunny and Hot Monday
  • Rain chances pick up tonight
  • Soggy and Cooler Week

Discussion:

If you have anything you need to get done outside, today will be the day to do it. Highs will reach the upper 80s this afternoon with mostly sunny skies. A cold air damming event will likely set up tomorrow. Unsettled pattern with showers and a few storms. Highs will be well below average as cooler air pools against the Appalachians. Highs will reach the mid to upper 70s beginning tomorrow through Thursday. Low-end flash flooding threat will be possible with the threat of a few heavy downpours and thunderstorms tomorrow. Showers will taper off, but a chance for scattered showers and storms to return for the end of the week. Seasonable highs return this weekend.
