UTAH — Police in north-central Utah put a ‘friendly’ ticket on the windshield of an abandoned Barbie Jeep because it was parked illegally.
The 7-year-old owner of the battery-powered toy says she forgot to put her vehicle in the yard because she was too busy with school and friends.
Typically, police have illegally parked vehicles towed but they decided to give the girl a break by not giving her a fine.
