Β CHARLOTTE, N.C.– The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is investigating after reports of a shooting in the 5700 block of Albemarle road.Β
According to medic, one person has been transported to Carolinas Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.Β
Officials say that the person was not shot in the area the victim was transported from.
