MATTHEWS, N.C. — Interstate 485 at exit 52 temporarily closed Tuesday around noon after a dump truck hit and damaged a sign.
The NCDOT says crews plan to remove the damaged support from the sign structure. Traffic is using the right shoulder to get around the incident.
