Β CHARLOTTE, NC —Β Futbol fever was all the rage in Charlotte Tuesday evening, as the USA tried to beat Belgium to advance in the World Cup. Β
Hooligans Pub in uptown is hosting watch parties throughout the tournament, but the biggest crowds come out to watch the Americans play. Β Hundreds were on hand Tuesday rooting on the red, white and blue.
Β “It was exciting. And to have the country like this behind you, it’s just amazing,” said Plaza Midwood resident Zach Branner.
