Wedding Guests Accused Of Stealing Bride’s Spotlight

REDDIT– A couple is defending the dance they did during a friend’s wedding reception. The man shared his story on Reddit. He said his girlfriend loves to dance.

She was bummed out that she had broken her leg and was not able to enjoy herself on the dancefloor. The boyfriend knew how badly she wanted to be out on the dancefloor. The sadness was really evident when one of the couple’s favorite songs came on.

The man decided to help her have a good time. He  picked her up and twirled her around in the air to the music. The crowd got a kick out of it and so did the girlfriend. But the bride wasn’t happy about it.

The man said she accused them of taking the spotlight off of her on her wedding day. The couple says their little dance only lasted about a minute and happened at their table in the back of the room.

People on Reddit took his side and many accused the bride of acting like a “Bridezilla”.
