CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Triple C Brewing Company in Charlotte celebrated its 9th year of serving innovative and unique beers on Saturday with an anniversary party.

The brewing company released five new beers in the week ahead for the celebration.

The new beers include:

  • West LA Fadeaway – A dank west coast IPA with aromas of the sticky icky.
  • Crush It – A hazy IPA.
  • Oktoberfest Lager – A beautiful amber color with rich, malty notes of caramel with a super smooth and clean finish. All German malt and German hops.
  • Double The Rainbow Sherbet – Imperial fruited sour with twice the alcohol and twice the fruit. Pineapple, raspberry, lime, and vanilla notes.
  • Almost Two Hands – A double hazy IPA brewed specially for the anniversary. This IPA has nine ingredients and 9 percent alcohol. Aromas and flavors of juicy pineapple, ripened stone fruit, and citrus undertones.

Starting at 11 a.m. on September 4th, brewery officials say Triple C partnered with 4 Wheel Parts of Charlotte for a Show N’ Shine event.

Participants were asked to register their rig in person, either at Triple C or at 4 Wheel Parts, and the top five winners received prizes from both companies.

Live music began at 3 p.m. from Banjo Earth Band, followed by the band Long Strange Deal (a tribute band to Jerry Garcia) at 6 p.m.

Several food trucks including Triple C’s Izzy’s Wood Fired Grill, Bayou Better, and Honeybear Bake shop were on site selling delicious treats to beat the heat.

There were also several small vendors at the brewery selling candles, jewelry, artwork, tie-dye pieces, and more.
