A nationwide recall of meat and poultry products potentially contaminated with listeria bacteria has expanded to nearly 12 million pounds. It also includes ready-to-eat meals sent to schools, restaurants and grocery stores. The recall includes foods sold at Costco, Trader Joes, Target, Walmart, Kroger and others.
