Before Dylann Roof was arrested for killing nine black church members, he scribbled a note to his mother, apologizing for all the repercussions his actions would cause. Weeks later, in a jailhouse journal, he wrote that he had no regrets.

NCDOT Treating Roads Ahead of Winter Weather

We are tracking a winter storm that will bring snow to the Charlotte area by the end of the week. That storm is out West right now and will make a nearly 2,600 mile journey across the country over the next 48 hours. Road crews will be out early Thursday treating local roads.
