Burke County Murder Suspect Arrested

MORGANTON, NC — Deputies in Burke County say that a man accused of murder has been arrested.

Shortly after 2pm Thursday deputies and SBI agents arrested Brian Robinson without incident on Oak Forest Drive, according to officials.

Robinson is charged with the murder Albert Alexander Austin. His first court appearance is scheduled for September 23rd.

Officials say the investigation into the murder is still ongoing.
