Supernatural 200th Episode Trivia Contest Official Rules
November 7-12, 2014
1 Grand Prize: 1 Grand Prize Winner will receive SUPERNATURAL Seasons 1 -9 on DVD and a Commemorative Season 10Β poster autographed by Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles and Misha Collins (ARV $400)
3 Runners Up: 3 Runner Up Winners will receive SUPERNATURAL Season 9 on DVD (ARV $60).
HOW TO WIN: No purchase necessary. Viewers must watch the 200th episode of Supernatural, which airs at 9pm on Tuesday 11/11 on WCCB, Charlotteβs CW. Then they must go to the contest page on www.wccbcharlotte.com to enter. In order to enter the contest, users must complete the entry form, answer the trivia question about the episode, and submit. Winners will be randomly chosen from those who answer correctly, and notified via email. All prizes must be claimed at the station. No prizes will be mailed.
Deadline for entries is 11:59pm on November 12.

ELIGIBILITY: To win, you must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of North or South Carolina. No employee of the CW network (βSponsorβ), WCCB-TV (βStationβ), their affiliated companies, his or her spouse, or immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each shall be eligible to win.Β Immediate family members include, but are not necessarily limited to, parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. By entering Contest, the winner gives Station and Sponsor full rights in perpetuity to broadcast, or distribute their name, likeness and/or voice, in any edited, distorted or altered form executed by Station, in any media including but not limited to broadcast television, radio and the internet, without any further compensation.
2)Β Station and Sponsor accepts no responsibility or liability for loss or damage due, in whole or in part, to the awarding, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or from participation in the Contest.Β Winner must present photo ID, and sign a W-9 tax form and an affidavit/waiver that releases Station and Sponsor, their affiliated companies and employees from any and all liability and claims.

3)Β Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. Prize can not be substituted for cash value. Stationβs decision with regard to all matters relating to Contest, including those matters not specifically addressed in these rules, shall be final. Prize not claimed in accordance with these rules will be forfeited and another winner will be selected by another random drawing.
4)Β Winners will be notified by email no later than 5pm on Thursday, November 13. Winners must claim prizes at the station by 5pm on December 5, 2014.
