GASTON COUNTY, N.C. — A Gaston County woman says her ex-boyfriend waited underneath her bed and planned to kill her.Β
Police arrested Dorman Potter.Β His ex says she heard a noise in her bedroom before Potter started choking her Wednesday night.Β
She told police that he has been threatening to kill her and hurt her 12-year-old son since she called off their relationship.
