CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police arrested a teenager for a series of robberies throughout Charlotte. Investigators say 17-year-old Jimmairo Santiago was involved in a handful of robberies in north and northeast Charlotte.
He has been charged with four counts of conspiracy to commit armed robbery, four counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon and discharging a weapon into occupied property.
CMPD’s Armed Robbery Unit is still seeking information regarding two additional suspects involved in this case. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
