Β The world just got a little more annoying in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where an old law used to make it illegal to “willfully annoy another person”. Β City leaders there say they’re just cleaning up the books and getting rid of obscure and ridiculous laws. Β But it made us wonder, what law would you want to get rid of, or put into place?
