Β Locally, the government is trying to make your time in line a little more bearable. Β To wit: employees at various Department of Motor Vehicle locations around the state are taking customer service classes. Β In fact, the license plate agency in Concord will be closed tomorrow and Wednesday so workers can get their training.
To be fair, DMV workers have to put up with a lot of jerks and stupid people in line. Β You know who they are. Β And they have a ton of regulations they have to follow. Β But the motto of any good business is: “the customer is always right.” Β
Which is why our Man on the Edge, Robert Wilder, wants to know: what lesson would you like DMV workers to learn?
