Locally, the government is trying to make your time in line a little more bearable. To wit: employees at various Department of Motor Vehicle locations around the state are taking customer service classes. In fact, the license plate agency in Concord will be closed tomorrow and Wednesday so workers can get their training.
To be fair, DMV workers have to put up with a lot of jerks and stupid people in line. You know who they are. And they have a ton of regulations they have to follow. But the motto of any good business is: “the customer is always right.”
