LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. — Police are requesting the public’s help in finding missing 68-year-old Johnny Brooks Sr who is believed to be suffering from dementia or another cognitive impairment.Β
‘JC’ Brooks has brown and white hair, brown eyes, is 5-feet-eleven inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
Brooks drives a gold 1999 Buick Century with NC license plate number ZTX6869.
