SYRACUSE,NY– Kevin Ward’s father Kevin Sr., is lashing out at NASCAR driver Tony Stewart over him hitting and killing his son.
“Tony Stewart was the best damn driver on the track that night,” Kevin Ward Sr. told the Syracuse Post-Standard.
“Why he had to go up as high as he did and hog my son, there’s no reason for it.”
Kevin Ward got out of his car and was apparently blaming Stewart for his spin out, angrily pointing, a handful drove past Ward, but Stewart clipped him with the right side of his car.
“Apparently, Tony Stewart was the only one driving out there who didn’t see him,” Ward Sr.
“I think the reason he probably got out of that car is who put him in the wall,” Ward Sr. told the Post-Standard. “He was definitely put into the wall.”
