A man says he tried to do the right thing when he stopped to help a stranded woman on I-85, but he ended up pistol whipped and robbed. Β
That good Samaritan says a man with a gun came out of the woods and robbed him of $700 near the Mallard Creek Church Road exit. Β It all happened when he stopped to help a lady holding a gas can Thursday night. Β Makes you wonder if nice guys really do finish last?
