Meet our Project Halo Pet of the Week, Cooper! This 3-year-old lab/beagle mix is house trained, and good with kids and other dogs. He likes to chase cats sometimes, but is more curious than harmful. Cooper is a sweet, well behaved dog who would love a home with children or other dogs to play with. Please consider adoption!
