HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Wilson checked out the Carolina Renaissance Festival this morning on Rising.Β
The Carolina Renaissance Festival is open every weekend for the next seven weeks. Β The annual festival experience has always been about escaping from your modern-day cares and strolling about the 22-acre storybook village populated with hundreds of pirates, nobles, merchants, peasants and knights. Β
The festival will celebrate Halloween on the weekend of October 25th and 26th. Β Kids under 12 get in free during the Halloween festivities!!! There will also be free Halloween bags and treats to be found all over the festival village. Β
