Β MAIDEN, NC — A manhunt in Catawba County. Β Neighbors are being told to stay inside their homes and keep the doors locked in part of Maiden.
Deputies, U.S. Marshals and ATF agents are searching for a wanted man in the woods near Tower Road. Β WCCB Charlotte is told they are looking for a man who led officers on a short chase that started on Highway 16 near Newton Thursday afternoon. Β
He is wanted for possession of a firearm by a felon.
