CHARLOTTE, N.C. – UPDATE: Police say Mark Ellis has turned himself in to face charges of Armed Robbery.
Mark Ellis is wanted by the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team on outstanding warrant for an armed robbery that occurred in the Metro Division on January 18, 2015. He is believed to be in the Rock Hill, SC area or the Beatties Ford Road area of Charlotte. If seen, please immediately call the VCAT at (704) 336-VCAT or call 911.
