CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police have arrested Statria Maxwell in connection with an attempted Breaking and Entering on Tiburon Circle in Charlotte.
Officers responded to the scene of the call Tuesday morning, and determined that one suspect fled in a vehicle and another fled on foot. The vehicle used in the crime was found unoccupied nearby. Ms. Maxwell was located and identified as the suspect a short time later.
Ms. Maxwell was charged with Felony Breaking and Entering and Conspiracy to Commit Breaking and Entering.
