CHARLOTTE, N.C. — GoodSports Enterprises say they are stepping back from a redevelopment project that would make Bojangles Coliseum into an amateur sports complex.
The company says they want to take a year off so they can focus on a similar project in Kansas. City leaders have been hesitate about projects like this especially after issues with the NASCAR Hall of Fame and Chiquita.
The company says they want to work with Charlotte in the future but want to show their success by getting the Kansas project launched.
