Wilson is Finding Out What it Takes to be a Bojangles’ Master Biscuit Maker

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Wilson was at the Bojangles’ Test Kitchen learning how to make the perfect Bojangles’ breakfast biscuit.  Without giving away all of the ingredients, Debbie Boyette, who is a Bojangles’ Master Biscuit Maker took Wilson into the kitchen to find out what it takes to become a Master Biscuit Maker with Bojangles.

Wilson jumped right into the bowl of flour and ingredients.  After taking his finished product from the oven Debbie graded the end result.   A Master Biscuit Maker Wilson will never be, but he had a great morning trying.  Who makes a biscuit that big, anyway?
