CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Hornets center Al Jefferson says that while his right calf is extremely sore, he’s relieved the injury isn’t more serious. Coach Steve Clifford says an MRI on the back of Jefferson’s upper calf and knee area yesterday proved negative.
