GASTON COUNTY, N.C. — Troopers say a woman died in a single car crash in Gaston County. The accident happened around 9:45 a.m. on Bess Town Road.
Investigators say the truck Tina Radford, 59, of Kings Mountain was driving slid to the right of the road. Troopers say Radford over-corrected and hit a tree on the left side of the road.
She was ejected from the vehicle. Investigators say she was not wearing a seat belt.
