Wilson Visits Westlake Restaurant to Preview East Lincoln’s Relay for Life

CHARLOTTE, NC –  Wilson’s World hit the road to Denver, N.C. to Westlake Family Restaurant getting a preview of all of the events leading up to East Lincoln’s annual Relay for Life on May 8th. 

Just one of the many events to help raise funds for the American Cancer Society and the Relay for Life is the restaurant’s annual Cookin’ for a Cure event going on all day today.  The event will include a large yard sale and a bake sale.  Also, when you visit the restaurant and enjoy your breakfast or lunch, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life of East Lincoln.  The big yard sale will be at Westlake Restaurant located at 1235 N Highway 16 in Denver, N.C.  and will be going until 2pm today.

On Saturday, April 18th Safari Miles Restaurant will also get into the fun with their Casino Night from 5pm until midnight.  The event includes everything you will find in a casino from gaming tables and roulette wheels to a silent auction and special guests.  Proceeds from this event also go to Relay for Life of East Lincoln.
