CHARLOTTE, NC — More and more Americans are rethinking the idea that they can retire and live off of their social security or nest egg.

A new survey shows that many worry they’ll never be able to retire because money is so tight. At least 80% fear they won’t be able to retire until after 65, and a Wells Fargo survey even put the average retirement age at 80.
