UPDATE: Salisbury Police say that around 6:45am they were called in reference to a shooting at 1006 Lincolnton Road in Apartment 2.
When they arrived they found Steven Rosario, 18, dead on the living room floor. Police say neighbors heard gunshots shortly after 5am, but Police were not called until 6:47am.
Rosario had been living at the residence for around two weeks.

Salisbury Police say the call came in around 7am.
