CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) — Clemson right-handed pitcher Clate Schmidt says he’s been diagnosed with lymphoma. Schmidt posted on Twitter yesterday that doctors found he had nodular sclerosing lymphoma, a disease where lymph nodes in the neck can become enlarged. Clemson confirmed Schmidt’s condition.
