Tens of thousands are expected along the parade route stretching through the city’s Loop neighborhood to Michigan Avenue. Team members led by captain Jonathan Toews (tayvz) will ride double-decker buses along the route to a rally at Soldier Field.

NEW YORK (AP) β A couple of veterans square off when 40-year-old R.A. Dickey starts for the Blue Jays against the Mets’ 42-year-old Bartolo Colon in New York tonight. No pair of opposing starters has had an older combined age since Aug. 15, 2008, when Philadelphia’s 45-year-old Jamie Moyer faced San Diego’s 42-year-old Greg Maddux.
OMAHA, Neb. (AP) β Second seed LSU and TCU meet in a survival game at the double-elimination College World Series tonight. The Horned Frogs won 10-3 the first time the two teams met in the tournament Sunday. TCU then lost to Vanderbilt 1-0, while the Tigers stayed alive with a win over Cal State Fullerton.
