CHARLOTTE, N.C. –  Wilson was at Queens University today where he was with athletes from SwimMAC Carolina as they prepare for the upcoming Nationals and World Championships.  Currently SwimMAC has 4 athletes competing in the Pan Am Games in Toronto.

Wilson talked with Queens University swim coach Jeff Dugdale and SwimMAC coach David Marsh about the training facility at Queens as well as their teams, SwimMAC Carolina and upcoming meets that the swimmers will be paticipating in.

SwimMAC swimmers Roy Burch and Kirsty Coventry joined Wilson to talk about being a member of the SwimMAC Elite team.  He also took the opportunity to take a look at some of the youngest swimmers who are training to be future champions.

The Nationals is the biggest national meet of the summer and will be held in San Antonio August 6-10. There will be several of SwimMAC Team Elite members there as well as several of their 18 and under swimmers.  The World Championships held in Kazan, Russia August 2-9 will include all aquatic events (diving, swimming and water polo).
