
ROCK HILL, S.C. — Investigators released 911 calls in the shooting investigation that left the York County Assistant Manager and three other people dead in Rock Hill.
Police say Randy Moore shot and killed Anna Moore, her son Jason Lockamy and Jason’s girlfriend, Lora Young before he took his own life at a home on Dunlap Roddey Road on July 5th.
Investigators say there were no reports of previous violence between Randy and Anna. Β Police say there is still no motive at this time.
Physical evidence in the case leads investigators to believe that Anna was shot first inside the home. Β Detectives say Randy then went out the back door where he shot and killed Jason and Lora. Β The gun used in the shooting, a Springfield XD .40 caliber handgun, was purchased in 2010 by Anna. Β
Investigators say Randy was federally prohibited from owning a firearm due to a previous felony conviction.
Police say the deaths were first discovered by a close family friend who was invited to the home that afternoon. Β The friend was allegedly shaken after seeing the bodies and could not call 911 but instead went to a nearby bar to get help from a mutual friend.
Three 911 calls were released by police. Β One of the calls is from Anna Moore’s daughter, one by an individuals who went inside the home with the family friend and one by Randy Moore’s son who was contacted by an individual at the bar.
