Having a Monster of a Good Time with Wilson, Monster Trucks and Boy Scouts

CHARLOTTE, N.C. –  Last year at about this same time Wilson visited the The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway to preview the Circle K Back-to-School Monster Truck Bash with a group of scouts getting ready to have some fun.  One of those scouts, Corvus, was with Wilson last year and well…he just gets feistier with age.

Now what can go wrong with a group of boy scouts hanging out with Wilson and monster trucks?  Plenty, as it turns out.  Just ask Wilson, Derek and Terrance.  Some things should never be said or heard.  Just ask Derek and Terrance.

So, what better way to corral a group of scouts than to load them up in the Mighty Monster truck and take them for a ride.   When Wilson tried to move Corvus to the front of the bus he wasn’t too happy.  But all of the kids with Boy Scout Pack 171 had a great time once the truck got to moving.

This weekend, the entire family can get into the party at the 16th Annual Circle K Back-to-School Monster Truck Bash  at The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The event includes a giant pit party where kids can get their pictures made with the trucks, talk to the drivers and get autographs.  Opening ceremonies begin at 6:45pm with qualifying beginning at 7:15pm.

Gates open for this weekend’s Circle K Back-to-School Monster Truck Bash Saturday at 4pm. Stop by your local Circle K, pick up a Polar Pop then bring you cup with you to get a 3:45pm early entry into the Pit Party. For information on all of the events going on and ticket information click HERE.
