CHARLOTTE, N.C. – It’s always an early morning for Wilson, but today it’s an early morning for the kids headed back to school.   Wilson was at Lake Wylie Elementary School this morning to welcome the kids back for the 2015/2016 school year.

Not only did he get the opportunity to talk to some pretty interesting kids, but he also talked with teachers, staff and parents about some of the great things going on at the school including their STEM program, their C.E.O. program,  the Green Teacher Network and the PTSA.

And, as usual, Wilson ends up in the principal’s office when he stops in to talk with Brooke Hough, Lake Wylie Elementary School’s principal.  Principal Hough talked about the school’s participation in the North Star Literacy program.
