CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Wilson’s hanging out at the 86th Annual Mallard Creek Barbecue.  The event is being held at Mallard Creek Presbyterian Church, 1600 Mallard Creek Church Road West.  

Organizers are cooking over 14,600 pounds of pork barbecue, preparing 2,500 gallons of Brunswick stew, shredding two tons of cole slaw, brewing 400 gallons of coffee and entertaining close to 20,000 people.
