Police Arrest Two Men On Felony Breaking And Entering Charges

LINCOLNTON, NC– Police arrested two people thought to be involved with a vehicle break-in Tuesday.

Jordan Alexander Steele, 23, and Nicholas Ryan Callahan, 24, were arrested after police say they broke into a vehicle and stole a wallet, radar detector and used stolen credit cards to buy an xbox, games and several purchases at convenient stores.

On November 13th, police were investigating Murphy’s Express, one of the convenient stores were the stolen cards were used, when officers noticed one of the possible suspects near on the gas pumps.

Police took Steele into custody a charged him with three felony counts of obtaining property on false pretense, felony possession of stolen goods and is currently being held on a $15,000 bond.

Callahan was charged with felony breaking and entering motor vehicle, obtaining property on false pretense, possession of stolen goods and fraudulent financial card transaction.
