Low pressure system from the Gulf brings possible rain/snow mix, followed by clearing.
A low pressure system is expected to track just south of the area early Sunday morning. This system from the Gulf will bring the chance for rain/snow showers in the early morning before switching back over to rain. Skies will gradually clear as this system moves out by the afternoon. Little or no snow accumulation is expected across the Piedmont. The mountains and foothills may see half an inch or less. Another cold blast of air will move in by Sunday night.
