CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A local EMS motorcycle club is offering a CPR class in east Charlotte.
The EMS Roaddocs – North Carolina Chapter is an emergency services-based motorcycle riding club headquarted in Charlotte. As part of the club’s mission to host and support education in the community, the club is offering a CPR certification course through the American Heart Association on January 30th at 2pm at the Surf Inn, 3549 North Sharon Amity Road.
The cost of the class is $30 for the general public and $25 for prospective club members. Anyone interested in becoming a member or supporter of the EMS Roaddocs – North Carolina Chapter is invited to come early for a meet and greet at 1pm. Food will be available for purchase with proceeds going to fund future events.
