Cold and below average temperatures continue…
This blast of arctic air will stay with us through the rest of the week. A winter weather advisory is still in place for parts of the High Country till Thursday at 7 am. The mountains will see snow showers and blowing snow with wind chills well below zero through Wednesday night. High pressure will build into the region by Wednesday allowing for the sunshine to return. Temperatures in Charlotte will only reach the low 40’s in the afternoon, and drop to the teens by Wednesday night.
